Jose was arrested for driving with a broken tail light on Father’s Day in front of his wife and 5 U.S. citizen children. He is now being held at Cobb County Jail. Despite being a low-priority case, ICE has put an immigration hold on him and he could be transfered to a detention center at any moment.
