Voters block street in Mexico City when turned away because ballots had run out.

Hundreds of people protested outside the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público in el centro in Mexico City around 6:30pm local time. This voting station is a “casilla especial” for out-of-towners. This is just one example of shortage of ballots that is being reported all around Mexico today.
